Welcome from Attorney Lynn Whitney!
After practicing law in New Bedford for the past 42 years; the past 19 years associated with Wendy Pacheco; I am winding down my practice heading to retirement. I am continuing to represent my current clients in any ongoing matters and I am happy to represent my longstanding clients in their estate matters however I will be stepping away from the office and Whitney and Pacheco which will transition to the Law Office of Wendy Pacheco with me acting as of counsel. Wendy’s office will be located at 106 Spring Street as of June 1, 2022 and will have the same telephone number as now: 508-996-8297.
I enjoy the practice flaw but it is a “jealous lover”. I am looking to indulge my many other interests, travel, and spoil my grandchildren. I am grateful for the business you have given me and the trust that you have put in me to handle your legal matters over the years. I cherish the relationships I have forged with my clients and colleagues as I have experienced the triumphs and tribulations with so many of you. I do hope to see you in happy circumstances in the coming years.
My law partner Wendy Pacheco joined me in my 23rd year of practice so she will be around for many more years. She is an accomplished attorney and it has been a pleasure to be associated with her. She will continue to accept new clients in family and estate matters. Please feel free to call her for your legal needs.
For those of you whom I am presently representing, or for whom I have prepared estate planning documents, you can reach me most easily by email at lynn@attorneylynnwhitney.com. My telephone number will be 508-992-1571 as of June 1st, but will not necessarily be checked daily. I will be able to attend to my remaining litigation and estate and trust administration with more headspace without the demanding court and appointment schedule of past years, and I look to working with you to see these matters through to a positive outcome
